ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals required cohesive brand expression across multiple marketing channels to promote destination properties, drive bookings, and reinforce trust within the larger Wyndham brand ecosystem. The objective was to deliver aspirational, performance-driven creative while maintaining alignment with Wyndham brand standards and ensuring consistency across campaigns, print, and editorial touchpoints.

This work spanned ongoing campaign support rather than a single initiative, requiring long-term brand stewardship and strategic creative leadership.

I led creative direction and brand alignment across ResortQuest marketing initiatives, ensuring every execution supported both business goals and brand integrity. This involved translating Wyndham’s broader brand standards into a distinct ResortQuest voice, balancing aspirational storytelling with clear conversion goals.

I partnered closely with marketing, content, and stakeholder teams to prioritize messaging clarity, maintain consistency across channels, and adapt creative direction to seasonal and audience-specific needs.

Print Advertising Campaigns

ResortQuest print advertising focused on destination awareness and brand trust within competitive leisure travel markets.

I led the creative strategy and visual direction for print ads across multiple formats and placements. Messaging hierarchy, imagery, and layout decisions were designed to communicate value quickly while reinforcing an aspirational travel experience aligned with brand standards.

Deliverables included regional and destination-focused print advertisements.

Email Campaigns & Promotions

Email marketing played a key role in driving seasonal bookings and timely promotions.

I guided creative and messaging strategy for a range of campaigns, including ski-season promotions and limited-time flash sales. Each campaign was tailored to specific audience segments while maintaining consistent brand tone and visual identity.

Creative balanced urgency with brand credibility, ensuring promotional messaging felt intentional and aligned with ResortQuest’s positioning rather than overly transactional.

Beach Vacation Guide Publication

The Beach Vacation Guide was developed as a lifestyle-focused editorial piece designed to inspire travel while showcasing ResortQuest properties and experiences.

I defined the editorial and creative direction for the publication, shaping content pillars, visual storytelling, and overall brand expression. This included leading collaboration with copywriters and photographers, overseeing lifestyle imagery, and ensuring the final publication aligned with both ResortQuest and Wyndham brand standards.

The guide served as a multi-channel asset, supporting both print distribution and digital marketing efforts.
